Njoftimi i Privatësisë
AlbaBiz.ie është një projekt i Shoqatës Kulturore Shqiptare në Irlandë (ACAI). Ky njoftim shpjegon si i mbledhim dhe i përpunojmë të dhënat, në përputhje me GDPR-në (BE) dhe ligjet irlandeze për mbrojtjen e të dhënave.
Kush jemi
Kontrolluesi i të dhënave është Shoqata Kulturore Shqiptare në Irlandë (ACAI). Për çdo pyetje ose kërkesë, na kontaktoni në: info@acaireland.ie.
Çfarë mbledhim
- Të dhënat e biznesit që ju i dërgoni vetë: emri i biznesit, përshkrimi, kategoria, qarku, qyteti, adresa, telefoni, WhatsApp, email, faqja web, rrjetet sociale, logo dhe viti i themelimit.
- Emri i personit kontaktues — i ruajtur vetëm për administrim; nuk publikohet kurrë.
- Pëlqimi — koha (timestamp) kur e keni dhënë pëlqimin.
- Të dhëna teknike minimale — adresa IP dhe shteti në momentin e dërgimit, për mbrojtje nga spam-i.
Baza ligjore
Përpunimi bazohet në pëlqimin tuaj të qartë (Neni 6(1)(a) i GDPR), të dhënë kur shënoni kutinë e pëlqimit në formularin e regjistrimit. Regjistrimi është krejtësisht vullnetar (opt-in).
Matje anonime e përdorimit
Për të kuptuar si përdoret regjistri, ne mbledhim statistika anonime dhe pa cookie: faqet e shikuara, kërkimet, filtrat, profilet e bizneseve të hapura, klikimet mbi kontaktet, lloji i pajisjes, shfletuesi dhe shteti (nga Cloudflare). Nuk ruajmë adresën e plotë IP, nuk përdorim cookie dhe nuk ju ndjekim nëpër ditë apo nëpër faqe të tjera. Numërimi i vizitorëve bëhet me një kod ditor që rrotullohet (nuk lidhet me një person). Të dhënat ruhen vetëm te ne (Cloudflare D1), nuk ndahen me palë të treta, dhe fshihen pas 12 muajsh. Ngaqë janë krejt anonime, nuk kërkohet pëlqim me kuti (banner).
Si i përdorim
- Për të shfaqur biznesin tuaj në regjistrin publik AlbaBiz.ie (web dhe aplikacion Android).
- Vetëm të dhënat që ju i shënoni si publike shfaqen. Nëse çaktivizoni "Shfaq kontaktin publikisht", telefoni/email/WhatsApp nuk publikohen.
- Nuk i shesim dhe nuk i ndajmë të dhënat tuaja me palë të treta për marketing.
Të drejtat tuaja
Ju keni të drejtën të aksesoni, korrigjoni ose fshini të dhënat tuaja, dhe të tërhiqni pëlqimin në çdo kohë. Përdorni faqen Kërkesë për heqje ose na shkruani në email. E përpunojmë sa më shpejt.
Ruajtja
Të dhënat ruhen për sa kohë biznesi është në regjistër. Pas heqjes, regjistrat administrativë mbahen vetëm sa është e nevojshme ligjërisht, pastaj fshihen.

Who we are
The data controller is the Albanian Cultural Association Ireland (ACAI). For any question or request contact us at: info@acaireland.ie.
What we collect
- Business data you submit: business name, description, category, county, town, address, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social links, logo and year established.
- Contact person's name — stored for administration only; never published.
- Consent — the timestamp at which you gave consent.
- Minimal technical data — IP address and country at submission time, for spam protection.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box on the registration form. Registration is entirely voluntary (opt-in).
Anonymous usage measurement
To understand how the directory is used, we collect anonymous, cookieless statistics: page views, searches, filters, business profiles opened, contact-button clicks, device type, browser and country (from Cloudflare). We do not store your full IP address, we use no cookies, and we do not track you across days or across other sites. Visitor counting uses a rotating daily code that cannot be linked to a person. The data stays first-party (Cloudflare D1), is never shared with third parties, and is deleted after 12 months. Because it is fully anonymous, no consent banner is required.
How we use it
- To display your business in the public AlbaBiz.ie directory (web and Android app).
- Only data you mark as public is shown. If you turn off "Show contact publicly", phone/email/WhatsApp are not published.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Use the Removal request page or email us. We process requests promptly.
Retention
Data is kept while the business is listed. After removal, administrative records are retained only as long as legally necessary, then deleted.
